Meet the Gentle Wellbeing retreat team. Charlotte Coope is a Qigong & Tai Chi teacher with 10 years’ experience (and Lou’s teacher for many years).

We’re delighted to have Charlotte with us at our Gentle Wellbeing Retreat, 2-6 June 2024 in Sedbergh, Cumbria.

Charlotte has seen for herself the beneficial effects of qi gong for her students of all ages and with a range of health conditions – including those who live with chronic fatigue.

Qi gong can be practised standing, seated, lying down and even through visualisation. These simple, slow, meditative movements calm the nervous system, help tune into your body and gently improve energy flow.

At the retreat, Charlotte will teach us movements that connect us with our energy pathways and allow greater energy flow throughout our bodies. 💚
